Jake and his partner were right on time and very efficient and friendly; we appreciated their wearing shoe covers (on a snowy day) and masks. They explained what they were doing and shared impressive before-and-after pictures. The house feels fresher and we're not aware of a musty odor when the heat is on, as we were before. Excellent service!

We recently had all ducts and vents in our 2 story home cleaned.  The process took a little over 3 hours and the tech, Brian,  was efficient and effective.  We viewed before and after pictures and were impressed with results.  One thing we had not expected was that the cleaner vents allowed for better air circulation.  The upstairs master bedroom and other rooms always struggled to meet the desired temperature. After cleaning the room temp now matches the thermostat with no changes to thermostat settings. Excellent experience with removal of our entire asbestos trifecta of asbestos flooring, asbestos piping insulation and asbestos vermiculite insulation.   Good value, on time, very, very professional and no hidden costs like we've experienced with others in the past.

Asbestos was removed in an impressive containment structure.  We were nervous about having asbestos removed while we had others working on the same floor.  I could not be happier and feel safer.  Thank you for being so professional.

Dirty Ducts came in and cleaned the dryer vents for our condo building. Jason performed the service and was absolutely fabulous! He was efficient, very knowledgeable and really professional. When we noticed that our vent hose was coming loose, Jason went above and beyond to help us out with it and provided a replacement hose to ensure a better connection with our dryer. I highly recommend this company, they were an absolute pleasure to do business with.

First-rate service, thorough and efficient, highly recommend.  Brian was here for four hours and did a fantastic job -- he is a knowledgeable and skilled professional, great guy, and a great ambassador for this company.  We hadn't had our ducts cleaned in many years and had recently undergone major renovation which generated a lot of construction dust.  100% satisfied with the results.  We'll definitely use Dirty Ducts again in the future.

Asbestos removal just sounded scary.  We bought an old house and found out later it had asbestos floor tile and asbestos pipe insulation.  We had Dirty Ducts remove the asbestos floor tile and encapsulate the asbestos pipe insulation.  They quoted removal of the pipe insulation too and were very straight forward that if we removed it, we likely would want to pay someone to reinsulate it.  The asbestos encapsulation meant they put a cheese cloth looking wrap around it with some special white looking thick paint.  We decided to go with the encapsulation route to save money and were happy they took the time to show us the pros and cons of all.  The asbestos flooring removal was an impressive operation with some crazy looking air machines, plastic walls, etc to seperate our kitchen from the rest of the house.  Perfect job.  Thank you

Cleaned the Duck out of my dirty ducts!  Provided before and after pictures showing how they cleaned up what the previous house owners NEVER typically did,i.e. take care of the place.  These guys brought life back to a neglected house.  You guys did a Ducking great job! Thank you!
