  I just wanted to share how pleased I am with the service provided by General Air and especially Adam and Will who performed my new AC/Furnace system installation. They were professional, knowledgeable, and extremely kind and courteous. They were enthusiastic about their job and spoke highly of their company.   Adam is my go-to person for Spring and Fall maintenence on my system. I trust his judgment and honest suggestions. He has never suggested a problem when there was no problem. Any concerns he has, he watches, checks what his previous notes indicated, and determines whether or not an immediate repair is needed or time is on MY side till the next service. He is an excellent asset to your company.

  JR was the most honest and thorough person we have ever worked with. He came to help us immediately after I called and completely checked everything about our HVAC and also most likely saved us from a house fire due to faulty connections. I highly recommend him!
