  They had fast service for me, they informed me of what they were doing and educated me to help prevent further problems. I'm mad that I can't remember the name of the technician who came out because he was amazing! I called and got lucky to get next day service with some texting with a tech for advice the night before, for free, and most importantly was not charged an arm and a leg! To clean my unit and I mean clean, it was about $200 and compared to spending $10K to replace the unit, General Air was a god send! Thank you guys for the knowledge, courtesy, and for fixing and preventing any major damage to my AC unit!

  My husband and I are very happy with our new HVAC system installed by General Air. Vic, Josh and the entire team worked very hard on my install. They cleaned up after themselves and were professional and courteous. I was impressed how hard they worked! Thank you guys!

  Excellent service. The owner provided me with the specifications for different options for a new HVAC. The pricing structure was flexible; I did not have to buy a bundled product. As I already had a wireless thermometer, a whole house and HVAC surge protectors I was saved the cost of buying these items. The company pulled the required permit, and the employees were a pleasure to work with. I appreciate their attention to detail. I look forward to doing business with them again.
