  AC Doctors was on point! From the moment my daughter set up an appointment for an estimate till the job was complete. Raul the owner actually was the one who showed up to give us a little more insight on different AC systems and answered all of our questions & took the time to listen to our concerns. Later that day he came back to sit down with us to show us our options and estimated cost. I bombarded him with more questions & I gotta handed it to him, he was very patient & never made me feel rushed into anything. We decided on a York 16 Seer system. Raul & his team were able to get the job done the very next day. All the AC technicians were very courteous & respectful. Would definitely recommend.

  I had technician Brian come out the same day I called. My AC condenser wasn’t kicking on and without even trying to tell me what the problem was, he got right into the unit and started diagnostics on it. Once inside, he helped educate me on the different components, what they were and what they did. Before starting any type of repair work, he explained all the prices and provided me a 1 year warranty on all work. Brian was very quick, displayed great professionalism and I could tell he payed close attention to detail, along with pride in his work. I recommend AC Doctors to anyone needing their appliances worked on in the San Antonio area!
