      They came to give me an estimate the same day and within a week my systems were installed. They took care of everything including purchasing equipment and installation. The technician was very knowledgeable, the work was done neatly and they were very friendly. I love my new ductless ac/heating systems and it works perfectly and suits my needs.

      A wonderful family business! Dayl is super responsive, very well informed about the work, very clear and professional. Its not easy trying to fit ducting and central A/C into an old Brooklyn home, but they did an exceptional job. Never cutting corners, no half job or easy way out- everything correct and in the best way possible. I admire the skill and the communication throughout the project. They were quick to get the unit in and I highly recommend. I also have to note: some companies don't prioritize smaller jobs and seem like its a bother to do a job for a home and like they'd rather just work with developers or buildings. Gemini is NOT that kind of business, they took care of us and made our home improvement feel important. And each employee was respectful and respected by their supervisors. THANK YOU so much Dayl, Vishna and the entire staff.

      Dyal was OK to deal with at the start. I liked him. I needed Gemini to do a cleaning on our ductless system, and one of the indoor receivers needed work because the louvers weren't moving anymore. The guys who came were very nice, and very pleasant. They hadn't been accurately informed of how big the job was, though, and after doing half told me they were done. I had to be like, ah, sorry, there's two more rooms to do. At the end, they left and the systems seemed cleaner. I was pretty pleased, although they said they weren't really able to fix the broken louvers. It had been hot, and I didn't really turn the A/C features off for a few days... But when I did, I realized that ALL the units now have broken louvers. It looks like there's a spring or something they moved while testing it, but I couldn't get them to go back. I contacted Dyal who said he'd send guys out in a few days. I took the day off work to wait for them and they didn't come. I asked Dyal what was up and he said they weren't able to make it, and asked to reschedule. I was just about to travel for a couple weeks, though, so I had to postpone. I got back and tried to get him to come out, but got no reply. Since then I've tried every 2-4 weeks for a couple months, but he has stopped responding. Honestly, I would have given them 4 or 5 stars if the guys had just come back. But stopping responding is super unprofessional, and now I'm going to have to pay someone else to fix the receivers Gemini broke.
