  this giy is a hack! 100% rip off. no matter your problem he tries to link it to a power surge or lightning then he will coach you on what to say to your insurance conpany and offer to fix it for 8000 dollars. I have had to deal with this business twice for a home warranty on Air Conditioning. My first time was in the summer of 2020 when he gave me the long winded explanation but after contacting my home insurance and their te hnician diagnosed my $8000 fault as........a faulty thermostat....$30!!!. Just called again for my AC not working after a full summer and winter....and same thing but this time i cut him off. Legit he does tge same scam to try to get over on homeowners and insurances alike!

  Mr. Godwin was very knowledgeable, honest, and professional. He does outstanding work from start to finish! I highly recommend his services! My new HVAC unit was installed and is running great!
