  I have been without air conditioning for almost a month starting 15Jul2021 and the fan motor ordered has not been shipped on the last 3 dates given and can only “project” when it will be shipped as of now. And parts & shipping are already paid for so no hurry on their part. Not again will I use this business nor the manufacturer in ordering a part. If they don’t have it in stock, I go elsewhere

  Larry and the guys are very helpful and friendly. They are great at answering questions over the phone. It’s great to call ahead and your items are ready when you get there. Complementary ice is a great touch for those hot days.
