  My American Standard HVAC unit is almost four years old. Unfortunately I did not purchase it through Garrison & Garrison. I used another local dealer who did a fly by service call two months ago, for something that they should have told me on the phone when I called. I've been having issues with my unit not heating and the "auto" fan continously running during our severely cold winter and decided to contact Garrison & Garrison after they were recommend by a friend. As soon as their technician (Ronnie) removed the panel he noticed the missing wire nut on the heating coil wire. Which was left OFF from the previous company (B&B) that had done the unit installation and November service call. 🤬 I know this for a fact because I was standing outside when the panel was removed by both technicians. I wanted to take the time to praise the professionalism and quick response time that I received today from Ronnie. Garrison & Garrison will definitely be the only HVAC business that I call in the future and I plan on requesting Ronnie be the service tech. I highly recommend these fabulous people to everyone that is in need of a honest and professional heating and cooling company. Thank you.

  The technician that serviced my gas stove was competent and friendly. However, when he turned on his Shop Vac to clean out the stove it blew sooty residue from other jobs all over my house. It was recirculated by my return air vent which spread it even more and the filter was black. Every piece of furniture, my floors, windows and carpets were covered in soot! I didn't realize how bad it was at the time but later I began noticing that everything I touched turned my fingers black. It took 2 full days of vacuuming and moping repeatedly and wiping down every single thing in my home with a de-greasing agent. G & G's employees need to clean their shop vacs between jobs and use a clean filter on their vacuums. I wouldn't want this to happen to anyone else.
