I have been a Garner Heating and A/C customer for several years. I renew my maintenance contract each year with full confidence that Garner H&A/C will provide the best professional service at a reasonable price. In the recent maintenance services, the technician informed me of his findings and recommendations for keeping my home system in top notch condition. That same day, I received the invoice which I reviewed. The invoice contained a detailed description of the services that were done and of the recommendations that were offered. I like very much that there were no discrepancies. To me, that shows honesty and integrity on behalf of Garner and the technicians.

Ryan of Garner Heating and Air came to perform a repair and found a gas leak. Working in a very tight closet He fixed both. My wife and I highly recommend Garner and Ryan.

Max deserves a 10+. He knew what he was doing and communicated it to us. Excellent knowledge of how the heating and cooling systems work. He answered questions when asked. He was a focused worker. Request his service all the time. He even called the next day as follow up.

I called to see if can get HVAC serviced and if can look at front office because AC never cools it off and it is always 5 to 10 degrees hotter with tge heater on. Lady said they can do it tomorrow for $199.  Guy came out next day , walked into room said nothing we can do the ductwork is most likley bent. Oh by the way it to cold to do HVAC servicd so I have to cahrge you $125 dollars for a consultation. They said would come back mid march for the HVAC servicing but bh the time we paid for that we will have been out $215 dollars. More than the original quate. Will not use them for the HVAC servicing. Will it the $125 and get someone out that will camera the vents and clean them as well so we can see what is going on inside the walls.

Crystal, I looked back at this and perhaps we didn't communicate very well. The ductwork to that room is inaccessible without major work. Also, to get accurate readings for a proper system check it needs to be closer to 40. Our Service Manager will reach out this week to get your tune-up done and explore more options to get that room comfortable - Doug Garner

Matt was very knowledgeable and taught me a lot about my HVAC system.  He did a very thorough job and probably wouldn't have found the problem if he hadn't.  It' cost more than I wanted, but doesn't it always?
