The first crew they sent out left a mess and didn't put our ladder to access basement back (it was attached to support beams). This left the basement inaccessible. We got ahold of our landlord, she called made an appointment and they sent another crew. The 2nd crew they sent were very sweet and kind (Anthony T and Dave). They didn't rush the job, and answered all my questions and concerns. These two represented the business better than the initial crew sent from Rockford or Redford (?) It was because of them we will be using this business again, and recommending Anthony T and Dave for all their quality, hard 5 star work.

Called about moving a hot water register. They wanted $45 to just look at the job to be applied to cost of job The day of they wanted $95 to look at job not to be applied. I called another company who did the whole thing in 45 minutes costing $135. They were taking advantage of our old age.
