  Frog HVAC installed a ductless heating/air conditioning system on my 110 year old farmhouse. They were quick to come by to take a look and provide a quote, offered higher quality equipment at a lower price than others quoted for basic level equipment, and completed a terrific looking installation. The new HVAC system is working great. I highly recommend this company.

  In 2016,I had Brad replace my old propane furnace to a Daikin VFD furnace. Within two weeks, I got a B4 error code; he said if it happens more often he will talk to the Daikin Rep. Several times in four years this happened, but Brad didn't look into it!! I didn't worry much because the furnace does do a restart after one hour. Fast forward to Oct 2016, I started having an ignition/start problem which is an E0 error code. He came over to diagnose but couldn't find the problem. He said he will order parts and come back; it took 2 weeks. Lucky I had several infrared heaters to keep me warm. He put the new part in, but same problem. He came back 3 more times over a period of 3 weeks and replaced the computer, gas valve,pressure switch and still had the same problem!! I paid him for 4 visits and then he told me to call the gas company to check the pressure. That took another week for them to tell me that all is OK. I called him and he gave me the number for Daikin customer service. I told him it's his job to contact the Daikin tech to solve the problem, but he said he's not contractually responsible after one year!! Boy,when the going gets tough, the unskilled run the other way!! Needless to say, I found the best company to solve the problem. He came in less than a week and found the problem after spending 90 minutes checking all systems. He came back in a week with the parts. He replaced the burners and flame sensor and all is fine. Why couldn't Brad find the simple problem?? There are installers and then there are skilled technicians!! If you need one of the best heating company, call Ronk Bros.

  We just got our new heat pump installed, replacing our 22 year old AC unit. Frog HVAC was able to come out, provide and estimate and get the new unit installed before I could get an estimate from another company. Really happy with how fast the process was, and the quality of the unit. Good people too, recommend them for sure.
