  Jeff was amazing! He was super quick getting here and figuring out the issue with my furnace. He made sure to explain everything that he was doing and why. He showed me all of the steps and the before and after when things were being cleaned. I would recommend him to anyone and will definitely be calling Anderson Heating and Cooling the next time I have an issue!

  I highly recommend using Anderson Mechanical Heating and Cooling. When we came back from vacation on a Sunday in October it was freezing cold in our house due to the furnace acting up. I called Anderson Mechanical Heating and Cooling the next day and Jesse was able to come out that afternoon to due a diagnostic and change out the igniter. However, we were still having some issues so he came out to take another look the following day and found a sensor that needed to be replaced as well. Jesse was great to work with. The house is warm and the furnace is running great!

  Jesse was quick to respond, communicated with me about the problem to be as prepared as possible even before seeing the furnace and arrived within a few minutes of when he said he would. Once at our place, he was quick to diagnose the problem, knowledgeable and efficient to get our furnace operational again. He also gave me options to resolve the issue and talked me through pros/cons of each solution. I'm writing this review because I would definitely recommend him to others!
