  As a female and young adult finding fair, informative, respectful and prompt repair companies can be hard. So for anyone seeking a/c repair, boiler repair and some electrical work I truly recommend FRIO AIR CONDITIONING & REFRIGERATION SOLUTION. I've hired them 3 times in different locations and they are always there within hours. They fixed our problems the same day and they give really fair prices. Also, I personally appreciate how educational and informative they are. So save their info in case you'll needed down the line so you don't have to struggle finding a good repair company.

  Trey Garcia was very professional and on time. He explained everything that was being done before the A/C coil cleaning and then after he was done he explained how I can maintain it. He also, gave me advice on what to do so my A/C stay working properly. Would definitely continue to use their services and would 100% recommend them.

  I WOULD NEVER HIRE THEM, WE REGRET THE DAY WE HIRED THEM. These reviews must have been done by friends and family members because they did the worst job ever and they have the most uneducated people doing the work. Our system was installed 3 months ago and have had issues ever since. They come in and bother you every 30 mins to show you what they have done, all the while hollering from the door which they open and if you don't answer they just come in, I understand they are doing a job, but have some respect and wait or come to the front door. They have come back when called with attitude because we called saying it was not working correctly. You try to correct them and they talk down to you. If they had done their job right the first time, they would not have to come back. Its been one thing after the next. The UV light worked less than a month. The A/C feels just as hot, reason we replaced them and still not working correctly. HIRE THEM AT YOUR OWN RISK. I just don't would not recommend them to anyone I know or even don't know. I wasn't even going to give them 1 star but it wouldn't let me post unless I put one.

  Thank you for providing this information and commenting on your experience. However, we do not have you as a customer or have done business with anyone who is registered with us under your name. Furthermore, we have not done any UV installations and have been servicing only our customers with contracts since March.
