  Thank you for the prompt service for our emergency water leak.AC drain in condo above us was plugged and the water was leaking thru the ceiling onto our AC causing our emergency overflow switch to short out. He came out within a few hours of our neighbor calling and fixed his and came back with a part to rectify our problem as well. Thanx again👍🏻

  We called and were given an overtime slot if they could squeeze us in. Karl was able to come by within a couple hours of calling. He was nice, described the problem and was able to fix it because he had the part on his truck. I will DEFINITELY call them if we ever have another problem. Nice, informative and fair priced.

  Prompt service, great communication, awesome effort to troubleshoot an issue. They don't just rely on what a computer read-out tells them, they make the extra effort and even call the manufacturing company to troubleshoot a problem. The first time that I used their service was to get a second opinion when another HVAC Co. told me that I needed to spend $2200-3000 to fix my 7 yr. old AC unit. I had French's Heating/Cooling give a second opinion. They spent 90min. troubleshooting including calling the manufacturer and fixed the issue. It was a relatively simple fix that cost me under $300. I have continued to use their service since then and I am very happy with how prompt they are. Their customer service is also outstanding!
