    Franks are a great family owned and run business and helpful, honest, and I highly recommend them. After we were told by another heating and cooling company that we needed a new blower fan, motor and housing for our 2009 Goodman furnace my husband wanted a second opinion because he didn't think that sounded right. Frank's offered to check it out at their business for us for Free! My husband took it there and sure enough there was NOTHING wrong with the blower motor or the fan bladed either. It only needed new brackets the hold the motor in place, so they put a "bra" on the motor and new brackets to hold it in place. Only charged us $87 total! The other place was quoting us $600-$700 for parts and labor. Thank God for Franks!

    I called Frank's because I needed to remove a baseboard radiator. They sent a guy out right away on a Friday to look at the job to give me a price. He said it would be a simple job and he would have the office call me on Monday with a price. I never received a call, and had to call 3 times over the next week and a half just trying to get the quote, and then I was put on hold for a minute while she asked the guy so she could come back and say it will be about 400 bucks. The price was fine, just so unprofessional. Now I explained that the project had been delated 2 weeks because of this and that I need the work done as soon as possible. I was told it would be at least a week, which was next Friday. I asked if there was anything that could be done to get him here sooner and she said let me check and I will call you Monday. Of course, I received no call, so I called back on Tuesday only to be told now that he can't come Friday anymore and now it has to be next week. Unbelievable... It is really my fault as this is not the first time I have used Frank's. I should learn my lesson, except sometimes they come right out and do a good job, but then there are times like this that they don't need the work and they treat you like you are a pest and they wish you would stop bothering them. Maybe this time I will?

    I don't even know where to begin. We had called Frank's Plumbing last week and when they came they were here for 5 minutes and then proceeded to tell me that they would have to order a part and inform the city that the water needs to be turned off so they can do it. They stated that it isn't likely but this could explode. Not the thing you want to hear. I had called the company a few times and I understand availability of parts being a problem. I am a homeowner worried about flooding after the conversation we had. I had called on Monday asking if he had the part and he said he did and we scheduled a time. I called my wife to let her know that its going to be repaired and she asked do you need to call the city or did they took care of if. I called back asking do I need to call the city or did they and I quote "oh your the city guy, i mixed you up with another customer, no I don't have your part" i'll call you back which he did not. I called earlier today and asked for an update and apparently either the wrong part was ordered or the wrong part was delivered to them. When we spoke I asked if he would call me back at 430 to give me an update. He didn't call back and when I called him back he had said that the part was out of stock everywhere he looked, his words were he "stopped looking a little after 3". Again, no follow up to let me know what's going on. At this point, we parted ways. I understand part availability being a problem. The problem however is the total lack of communication and follow thru. What's inexcusable is mixing me up with another customer and having a "opps, my bad" response. If your a fan of non-communication, and having a business not knowing who you are, I can highly recommend this company. If that's not for you, I would encourage you to look elsewhere.
