  We were having issues with our furnace and used our home warranty. We got a text from Freedom Heating & Cooling stating our service date. When the technician, Keith, arrived I explained what was happening. Immediately he knew what was wrong. His investigation confirmed what he originally thought. A quick and easy fix. Keith was professional and friendly. I would have this company back to my home anytime!

  Ive done business with Freedom Heating and Cooling on several occasions and they have been great every time. VERY competitive Prices, Knowledgable and have gone above and beyond. I appreciate their hard work and will continue to work with them in the future!

  AHS home warranty sent Freedom Heating and Cooling to fix my air conditioning on 5/27/21. They replaced the compressor and put new refrigerant. I paid 600.00 which 100.00 was service dispatch fee. My air conditioning went out again on 8/24/21 and AHS sent Budget Heating and Cooling on 8/27/21. Budget diagnosed my issue within minutes, there was a leak in liquid line to compressor and service line caps missing, refrigerant leaked out. I called Freedom about this and they want me to pay half to fix the problem, I spoke to Crystal. Freedom did faulty work and now they want me to pay to fix it. I received poor service from Freedom and I want them to fix the service line, put service line caps on and restore the 5 pounds of refrigerant I paid for or give me back my 500.00
