  My brother lives in a rental home with his 5 month old baby. I called Saturday as the unit they installed within the last year stopped working. I was told that I was on the list and someone would be out same day; Nobody ever called or arrived. I called Sunday and was told that they would be out same day; Nobody ever called or arrived. This morning I called and nobody answered. I left a 1 star review and within an hour the owner called to berate me for leaving the review. He stated that he couldn't reach the landlord but planned to send someone to fix the unit today….only if I removed the review. I responded that as soon as the ac was running, that I would absolutely update the review. The owner stated that is not how this works. He actually said "he would never step foot in the house if the review was up." I replied that it is good business practice to at least communicate with clients if you are not going to make it. I understand that if he couldn't reach my brother's landlord then he couldn't get approval. My frustration is that the owner doesn't care about his clients and only called because he was upset he received a negative review. The worst thing about this, however, is that there is a 5 month old baby dealing with his immaturity and poor business habits. I will edit/update this review based on how he handles this mistake. I understand nobody is perfect and I hope this is not the normal for this company.

  We used them 2 years ago for our new install and they were prompt and on time. Now, I do not know what happened, things turned south, I had a problem under warranty needing a part, was told it was ordered last August! Its now January, finally got someone to come out today, promised me between 9-10 am, still a no show. All the other times they have been no-shows before this also. I am so frustrated and at this point don't know what to do. Do not use this company!

  I am not sure how honest these guys are ???? BE CAREFUL !!!! You have been WARNED !!!! My air stopped working (they originally installed it 5 years ago and I was not happy then) so I called them for a warranty repair. Two guys showed up. The helper went to my air handler in the house. The other went to the outside unit. The guy at the air-handler told me it was the fan outside. The boss outside was sitting in his truck when i went to talk to him. He said it was the fan inside at the air handler inside the house. I asked him "how do you know? You never even went inside to look at it? " He said I know ...I have done three this week. He said he would get a fan and be right back. Later, when the evaporator (or condenser coil?) at the air-handler thawed, the AC worked fine. No problem with the fan. I have another problem. BTW. They never came back, or called back. Curious?
