  DISGRACE!! Worst experience. I should put - 1 star. The person was unprofessional, constantly on the phone, even took over an hour to supposedly look for materials. He stayed in total all afternoon without taking his break to do nothing In the end, he damaged my wall and even acknowledged that he did a bad job but tried to charge me $300. At the DJ I had to pay 130$ for someone who damaged my wall, wasted my time and now forces me to pay for the repair out of my pocket. This is a shame. I will update my opinion according to the professionalism of the manager I contacted

  Jonathan did an outstanding job! Extremely respectful, very professional and knowledgeable! Thank you for your great communication skills and asking if I had any questions to make sure I was comfortable. Your customer service skills deserve so much recognition. It is hard to find people that will not make you feel bad for just venting for a moment. I was having a really bad day when you arrived and taking the few minutes to listen meant all the difference! Everything was done safely and efficiently! I'm so excited to have my AC back up and running. Thank you again!

  Please get multiple quotes before you use them. They bring new meaning to highway robbery. Found out they are know owned by a large entity and they operate like one. They shove the Family Plan down your throat so you will "save" money. Then charge criminal prices. For instance, $350 for a tank rebuild. Yup, those plastic parts you buy from Home Dept for under $20. Then come back out the next week and say "sorry that didn't work, you need a new toilet." $700 for a new toilet and and install. I actually thought that was high, but fair. I call to get my $350 back for the tank rebuild and they said, "we took that off of your bill, normal price for the toilet and install would have been $1,030." Are you kidding me? I don't think I've ever written a bad review in my life, but if I can protect others from getting taken advantage, it's worth the 10 minutes to submit. Very, very disappointed. Go with a locally owned plumber for sure.
