  I have been using a different company and have not had the best experience. I called EC Waters for service. They were amazing. Cost was not bad but the customer service was great! Riss come out to my house and he was very knowledgeable. He had it fixed in less than an hour and has gained a customer for life. I used to work in customer service and I wish all my guys we as good as everyone I talked to there. From the time I called and made the appointment till tech was driving off. Thank you for the great experience!!

  Technicians arrived on time. Thorough in all aspects of the installation of new heating/air conditioner system. Technician did a great job explaining how to use the new system. I highly recommend EC Waters.

  The folks at EC Waters are very professional and the quality of their work was excellent. I converted my air handler from sitting on the ground in my garage to hanging from the ceiling. They really did a great job. Their pricing was right in the middle among other quotes that I got.
