  Frank was quick, efficient, and inexpensive. He diagnosed our problem with our fridge very quickly and helped us figure out what to do. I would highly recommend Frank for any applicants that you need repaired.

  I believe frank knows how to fix appliances but I did not have a good experience with him. I have broken dishwasher that starts then at some point in it cycle the start button starts to blink, stops and then there is water in my dishwasher. Frank came in didn’t even open the dishwasher and started the rinse cycle and stated everything seemed fine and he said there was nothing wrong and talked to me like I was crazy for calling him to look at my dishwasher. I tried to explain to him what happens and he said some cycles last two hours I’ll stay here if you want to pay me 225 bucks. Frank started the wash cycle and stayed for about 15 minutes and the machine seemed fine. I asked if he accepted checks since we primarily use debit card instead of $65 dollars he stated to us for checks it’s $68.90. After he left the wash cycle finished up and the start button started to blink and then it stopped and there is water that did not drain in my dishwasher. Overall I just spent $69 on nothing.

  Our whirlpool washer broke and I called Frank and within the hour he was at our house and replaced a broken water pump within an hour. He explained what was wrong and helped us understand the issue and what it would cost. He also explained the pros/cons of just buying another washer and the value of repairing it. He waived his $65 diagnostic fee and the total for labor and parts was very reasonable. Very knowledgeable with his appliance brands and would definitely recommend.
