He had me wait two days. Told me he would come to my house for two days straight and then never showed up. His excuse was that he was very busy. I wouldn't recommend this guy to anyone. His service is horrible. He just called me and said he his at my house. He showed up unannounced and we told him that we are on our way back. And when we get back to our house he is not there. We called him and he said I was just there and we need to be there when he shows up. As if we had any idea he would be showing up in the first place. His SERVICE is HORRIBLE. Don't waste you're time dealing with his shady company.

Cause a bad leak in the oil tank. Ruined my families belongings. Also used clothes in storage bins to soak up oil. Never reimbursed for loss. I can not reply to your comment so I had to place it here. Yes, you did give $300.00 that night. I got on the phone and made the phone calls to the landlord as well as the fire department. What I was not aware was that there is whistling noise that is made when oil is pumped into a tank. An indicator, to inform the person filling the tank to avoid over flow and/or leak. The whistle was not working and had not work for a while and yet you still pumped the oil. Just a few days before you put 100 gallons in already. So to put another 100 plus gallons was too much. My family took a heavy loss. Items that never can be replaced. Three 30 gallon bins of clothes for a family of six used as rags to clean up that mess. Baby items for our new one on the way, things for Christmas, my deceased mother’s things, my sister who is a nursing home belongings and other stuff. We had to live in a hotel for a week. The day we did go back to the house still smelled bad from the oil and did for long time. So $300.00 was a polite gesture, it does not fix nor right you being at fault.

9We do not like to answer this cain of coment but, in honor to the truths let me do it: 1) We pump the oil back to our truck 2) We and You called the fire department together 3) I give You over $300.00 cash to go to a hotel 4) After your landlord replace the Oil tank, We delivered the oil free for You. We went way over our responsability in this case. You must talk to your landlord and ask him for more help if You need It We gave You our insurance information. IT WAS NOT OUR FAULT, ask your landlord how much He got paid by his insurance, ask Him why He did not went to my insurance. You got my insurance information GOD BLESS YOU AND YOUR FAMILY I WISH YOU THE BEST.
