He did us right and very honest on installing an outside unit ..out of probably six different companies thst just wanted to sell us a new central ac unit he was the only one honest that told us it just needed the outside unit replaced ..it has been working great since 2019 We appreciate his honesty..thanks so much

Dale Fowler is a real fine fellow, honest, dependable, and was there for you when you needed him. I wish I could say the same for his step son. Jeremy talked me into replacing the unit Dale had installed so I would have a new dependable unit with a 10 year warranty. The air takes a half a day are more to bring it down to comfort level (this is a camp not occupied full time). When the cold front came in a few weeks ago the heat never got camp above 60 degrees even after more than 24 hours. I called Jeremy on a Friday afternoon to get him to come check out. On Monday morning and Tuesday morning I called again and again. I left numerous messages on all three numbers I have. This is more than two weeks since I’ve tried to call and have since called several more times. No results I assume this business is closed for business. I had to call another company and was informed that Jeremy had installed only 1/3rd the heat strips needed to handle my camp. Also duct work is leaking. I assume this is the reason he will not return my call which means he knows he screwed me. Do yourself a favor call another company..Do Not use Jeremy Harrison.

You do have 10 years Parts! And you paid $2800.00 for a complete system with 10Kw heat strips. Your duct work is laying on the ground and was leaking before. The reason we stop answering is because of you Foul language and cursing. Which none of our employees have to listen too. I’m sorry you feel like you got screwed. Compare to a $5000 Install for a 4 ton. I gave it to you again for $2800. That means cut the cost as requested because it was a (Camp Trailer) on the other side of Zwolle, 1 hour and 45 minutes away from us. To Upgrade heat strips run around $200-$250 15 KW. The equipment is not Broke, Everything works as requested. We as a company made $150 off of you for installation of a condenser and Air handler as favor. We were very understanding and gave you a price that is very hard to beat. No Sir, you did NOT get screwed.

Wow. This level of customer care, concern, and service is such a breath of fresh air in this day and age. Jeremy pulled my chestnuts out of the fire on short notice yesterday. Okay, I don't actually have chestnuts OR a fire, LOL, but he did a miraculous job of helping me out of a--to me--desperate situation. I was able to lay down and sleep in comfort and peace after a LONG day of stress over being left high-and-dry by a company with whom I had done business for 20 years. I will be Jeremy's customer for all my heating and A/C needs so long as he is in business and I am alive ;) He is knowledgeable, worked at an unhurried pace but still got the job done in a timely manner, offered a fair price for professional work, and was respectful and friendly. One of THE most impressive things is that he kept me updated on when he would be at my house...he told me 35 minutes and I could have probably set an alarm and it would have been exactly 35 minutes. Well, maybe a minute or two off, but he'd never actually been to my house before. PLEASE NOTE: I am sometimes these days--the day of lack of work ethic and lack of integrity--considered difficult to please. Not so. It is just that times have changed to the point that people simply do not do what they say, when they say, expect money in their hand but then don't give any real service in return. Jeremy is much younger than me---I am in my 7th decade of life--but he embodies all the "old-fashioned" values. Give him a chance to EARN your trust and your business. I do not believe you will be disappointed.
