  Exceptional business with outstanding service. Owner Josh is a knowledgeable professional with a great work ethic and reasonable rates. We were very pleased with all his work and will use his business for all our future home heating and air conditioning needs. He also diagnosed and repaired an issue we had with our gas fireplace. I had to cancel and reschedule an appointment for service because I was sick with what turned out to be Covid. Josh could tell on the phone I was very ill. He volunteered to purchase and deliver to my front door a COVID test. Mt. Pleasant can be proud to call this young man a member of our community. He is truly one of the people that make Mt Pleasant some place special to live!

  It turned out, we didn't know how to operate our thermostat. Instead of making us feel like idiots, the tech was still respectful and helpful. Ran through what we need to know, and everything is working as it should. Signed up for their maintenance program and will be getting estimates for some work in our sun room.

  Jason is fantastic. He converted us from propane to natural gas and did an outstanding job. He has had to fix some problems that the previous installer messed up on/got lazy. Jason is a very honest and let you know exactly what is going on. He has gone the extra mile coming out on the weekend to help us with a hot water issue. We highly recommend Jason and will continue to go to him for all our heating needs.
