Called about 15 minutes before they closed.  Sent a repair crew to my house.  The changed the blower motor on my furnace, checked the CO2 levels and in my opinion they are the best.  Very knowledgeable, very friendly and I will use them again.  You can't go wrong.  Well done...

Have needed to call them only twice within the last few years for system they installed 20 years ago…super responsive.  Their service representative Mike is an ambassador of their great work!

I recently had several repairs performed on my old furnace from another company, and every single time they came to service it they had created a new issue, sent out a new technician, and then a new issue would arise. Our major problem was never fixed and our furnace was having some serious issues with igniting small pockets of propane all at once. I called Mt Pleasant Heating's 24/7 line on a Saturday night, and was able to be serviced the next morning at 8:00am. The technician actually took the time to disassemble and our furnace and fix the issue. He was polite, informative, responsive, and we haven't had any issues with our furnace since. I absolutely recommend them.

Called for furnace problems, no heat and it was -5. They came in less than 2 hours and had it going. Great service and great price. Always happy and highly recommend.

I am a local property manager looking for a heating/cooling contractor.  I spoke with a friendly woman last week who said someone would be calling me.  I called back today because I heard nothing back and I had a very abrasive, rude, disrespectful man, in no uncertain terms, shut me right down.  I have never done business with them previously.  I will tell absolutely everyone I come into contact with, exactly what my experience was with this company.  Considering I am a licensed Real Estate Salesperson, this gentleman probably just did his competitors a favor.

Great local company! Might take a second to get a call back for non emergency(knock on wood I have never had to do that because they maintain my system) but when they do they are there the next day.

They're super busy right now, but still fit me in pretty quickly and fixed my furnace within an hour.

My opinion is : they are who to call when you need your furnace or air conditioning needs attention!  😊  👍
