  Jeff came out to my house and I live on a dirt road that has been washed out bad. He came out and fixed my issue. I now have hot water and I’m a little more knowledgeable on my furnace. Thank you Jeff for awesome service.

  I can't say enough great things about Forman Mechanical! Even though they are practically booked with appointments 24/7 (literally!) I received a return call this morning after our furnace was short-cycling/not heating the house. Not good when we are in the midst of sub-zero weather. The office made no promises but got a text through to one of the guys and they called me back within 30 minutes. Because I am somewhat "repair savvy" and there was nobody available to come to the house, we talked it out for a few minutes over the phone and we fixed the problem together, right there and then! I was so close to running to the supply store for the part I was sure was causing the issue...I could not have been more wrong! They saved me money, time, worry and the disaster of a home without heat. From the initial call to the office to the "rescue" call in return, nobody could have been more kind and helpful! Yes, we got lucky, and it can't be this way every time you have a problem but it sure was awesome for us today! We used Forman to install our central A/C last year. They weren't the least expensive bid but we knew we made the right decision in creating a great relationship with quality, caring, highly-skilled individuals. One of the best choices we ever made as homeowners.

  I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone! After spending hundreds of dollars earlier this summer to have them come out and fix my AC unit i was told ‘we don’t work for free’ and hung up on! I called them earlier this summer to come out and fix my AC unit upon arrival i was told that i needed a new thermostat because ours wasn’t compatable with the AC. Now mind you we just purchased this maybe two months prior but we got the new one anyway to fix the AC. Now that it’s getting cooler and it’s a rental i want to turn the heat on so i don’t have pipe issues. After several attempts to get the heat working we couldn’t get it. Not knowing if it was the new thermostat or something they possibly did i called and asked if they could please come take a look at my furnace. After several attempts to get ahold of someone i was told ‘we don’t have time to look we don’t work for free’. So much for customer service and backing your work! Thank god its a rental property and not my primary home because i have 2 small children. Safe to say i will never use this company again. Worst customer service i have ever delt with. Huge disappointment!!
