  Not good experience. I Had JP Heating do a new construction, heating/ cooling and Plumbing for a 3500 sq/ft house. 2 yrs later. A condensate pump on furnace failed. Called them and not expecting warranty coverage just service. 2 weeks is best they could do. I had water overflowing out of pump into basement. Needless to say Im not a happy customer. Update found more issues: Had JP Heating do pre-winter maintenance on my furnace every Nov. Just noticed they installed wrong size air filter should had been 20 1/4"×25 3/8"×5 1/4" Instead Installed 16"×25"×4" watch there tech

  My grandmother has always called JP Heating for any issues, so she called them again because the furnace was making a noise. When JP came out they said the furnace had a crack and needed to be replaced, at a minimum of $2800. They even showed my dad a picture of the "crack" on his phone. Remembering my grandmother mentioned having DTEs home protection Program, I called them for her. They went to her house today, cleaned the area that JP said was cracked... it wasn't, and was able to fix the part that was making the noise today at no additional cost. I'm not saying that JP was being deceptive, but a little more due diligence on their part may be in order. Had I not stepped in, my grandmother would have ended up paying thousands of dollars in unnecessary replacement. She is now adding the rest of her gas appliances to her protection program to avoid any of this in the future.

  Our heat went out during frigid weather (of course); they were here faster than expected, fixed it in no time and at a very reasonable cost - even after normal business hours. Highly recommend.
