I just finished school here through their massage therapy program. The instructors are amazing. Mrs. E, Mr. Rob. And Ms. Laura are amazing individuals, not only are they good at what they do, but they also care about each individual in the class. They care about the success of each student and take the time with each student as needed. They are well equipped with the knowledge as well as patience to teach. I feel well equipped for my field of work and also very knowledgeable, thanks to the them. This was a very memorable experience and I will carry it with me for the rest of my life. Thank you for such a great opportunity and to learn from the best.

In the massage department, any time I had a question or wanted to learn something new, the teachers were always willing to help me out. They do a great job of providing practical tools for the job and sharing wisdom for considerations that we should know about for our career safety, health and longevity.

This school is definitely one of the schools that wants to scam veterans out of their benefits and they ONLY target veterans. They gave me so much high hopes only to graduate to find jobs that are only offering entry level pay. Companies want to see experience they don’t care about the 6 certifications I got from school although that helps just a tiny bit. That’s definitely not what I wanted to use my GI Bill for and now it’s wasted. I hope you guys are enjoying that money. Oh and I never got all my certs in the mail even after I told them about it. Go figure.

Abdullah, I am sorry your experience did not meet expectations. I became the school’s president in 2019-so much has changed since you attended! We offer a different program now, with students from all types of backgrounds and with graduates who are working great jobs. Perhaps we can assist you with your next career move. If don’t mind taking the time, I would like to get your feedback and at a minimum see if I can get you the certificates you are missing. Please give me a call. Please call me at the campus and ask for me directly. Mr. Jumah: We have conducted additional research into your situation. We were excited following your graduation that you received a job at Cyprus Air Heating and Cooling in Richmond, VA. I believe the HVAC training received at Florida Academy helped you achieve the initial goal of finding employment related to that training. Perhaps your current situation has changed. Our commitment to graduates like you is to assist at any point during the grad’s career with identifying new employment opportunities if requested. I have tried to reach you by phone through the number on file but have not been able to reach you. Please call me directly at 239-489-2282, ext 113 to discuss next steps and to find out which certificates you do not have. -Todd Clark
