  They know nothing about what they sell. They know nothing about plumbing parts. They are lazy and forgetful. My plumber went in looking for a cartridge for my customer. Comon brand. They didn't know if they could get it. They didn't even know if they had it!(even though part had brand and part# on it) Said they had to ask their "Rep". 3-4 weeks later, no answer. I had it in 2 days from Amazon. Go somewhere else!

  I needed a part for a navien tankless water heater. They had a factory replacement for me the next day , and it cost less than ones I found online !
