  The Firestone staff @ New River are true pros. From the moment I called to get an estimate for new tires to the moment I walked out of the shop, they provided a high level of customer service which is hard to find in this area. All the way from the manager to the technicians, they work with an excellent and friendly attitude, making customer feel welcome to the shop . I highly recommend this shop for vehicle maintenance!!

  Don’t get work done here. Front alignment took nearly all day long, tried to make me spend way more money than I needed to, and stole my spare tire. Enough said, go somewhere else.

  Went in for an alignment and was told that they could loosen the adjustment sleeve even using heat. Brought the truck home and the only bolts with any marks on them where ones I had tightened last week to adjust the steering wheel. If any heat was used they had no idea what they were doing or straight lied about what they did because they were to lazy to do the job.
