  Fire and Ice has been a great heating HVAC facility. They put in a new 2.5 ton Lennox Heating system at the best price I found, and have come out on several occasions to fix minor issues. They even upgraded my other older Lennox system (2 floor unit) at no charge. When a clogged drain stopped the new system this week (not its fault), the owner came out personally and spent the time needed to get it all running again, even having to dismantle some of the components to empty water out. There was no charge. I highly recommend F&I as the best HVAC company in No. VA. Regards Frank and Susan Gregorio

  Kal and Shawn were such professionals...and very knowledgeable...Shawn came on time and immediately assessed what needed to be done explained the jobs and.got.to.work... and extremely pleasant to work with...I would recommend Fire and Ice HVAC to Anyone who needs any HVAC work...they did an amazing job!!

  Kal and company came to us highly recommended by our realtor after we purchased a house during the summer of 2021. The market as it was we bought our house with no inspection so I wanted to get a report card on our HVAC system to see where we were starting. The problems on the system added up. We made the decision to rip the old system out and start off with a totally brand new system. The price was competitive (I checked around) . The work done by Sean and Mike and Kal was done right the first time and the work place was clean as a whistle when the job was completed. True professionalism is so hard to find these days. It's so refreshing to hire a company with integrity and skills. A winning combination. I will have them back for any future needs.
