      Had Tim out to discuss different heating option. While taking a look at the furnace noticed the vent line was not angles properly to allow the condensate to be removed. Repair was made and furnace was working properly. After this discussed options to help with a cold bonus room that is a on a cement slab. He wanted to find a solution that was both cost effective and would fulfill our needs. My wife and I were thinking it was going to be a costly furnace upgrade. It was determined this wouldn't be the correct solution. Came up with the multi split option. Later that day we had 4 different options with quotes to make our selection. All our questions were answered as well as financing options were discussed. The install was setup and the crew came out. Installers were very professional and thorough on the install. They too answered any questions we had as well as gave an overview of the system operation. Install looked great and performed as expected. A follow up visit was made after the install to ensure the system was performing and to answer any other questions we had. Never in this process did we feel it was a high pressure sell.

      Field Plumbing and Heating always does an awesome job! Their staff is kind and very knowledgeable. I’ve had them do multiple projects from water heater install, toilet install, heat pump, etc. and they are always do high quality work. The customer service you receive from Field is the cherry on top. Definitely Recommend!

      John showed up on time, but didn't show up with proper equipment to fix a problem that was made clear. Leak in the system needed to be repaired before maintenance. Didn't repair leak. Tried charging me 408$ for a 40$ expansion tank (2gal). Service tech supervisor has never worked on a boiler system in her life (Sara). Usually supervisor's are known for being more knowledgeable than their employees. Sadly, she's just a manager, not an actual service tech. Has nothing to do with being a woman, just her knowledge base from talking with her. I'd only use fields if you have multiple days you can take off work, and you got a lot of extra money to throw around. Would give them 0/5 if I could. Thankfully, they gave me my money back. And rightfully so.
