Fleetwoods helped us when our furnace quit working on one of the coldest nights of the winter. With three little girls that is definitely concerning. I contacted them and Nick was very quick to get back to me and send someone out first thing the following morning..thank you to Nick and your father for helping us out and being so professional and efficient. The heat exchanger needed to be replaced and they were even kind enough to let us know that it had a 20 year warranty on it so that helped save us some money too! Thanks for the great customer service!!

I had a wonderful experience with Fleetwood's Heating and Cooling. I had been without heat for 4 days with young children in my home. My home warranty was giving me the run around. Turns out-- they don't make my furnace model anymore so time was spent searching for something that doesn't exist. Brandon showed up and was willing to contact them, however, they refused to put in the proper unit for my home based on square footage. Needless to say, Brandon was quick to get me an estimate and contact his boss and I had a new furnace the SAME day. I was in shock that he and his co-worker were done in just a couple of hours. They were efficient, helpful, and very professional! I can't thank Brandon enough for helping me that day and facilitating getting my furnace installed the same day. Thank you!

I bought a boiler pump from Fleetwoods and returned it because I found the same pump elsewhere for 1/2 the price. When I returned the pump, the owner said the install would be without warranty. I agreed. Cathy called me 3 days before my installation to tell me they've decided not to install the pump because I bought it elsewhere. I kindly asked why they were doing this to me. Cathy said she's just the messenger. Now, I can't get another Company to install the pump till mid December.

I am sorry for the confusion. But unfortunately due to liability issues we can not install parts that do not come through our distributor.
