They respect your property, explain the work and even go as far to submit rebates when applicable. I would highly recommend this company for all of your HVAC needs.

  I have got the heating/AC service from Gary for more than 20 years. His services are always timely and decent. I won't say the prices are the lowest; however, the quality are always the highest. Yesterday, the air blower motor and fan of my heating system went broken. I left a message to Gary last night. He called me back early this morning and asked me sent some pictures to identify the model and parts. At the noon time, his crew came to my house and had the heating system fixed in a timely manner. Now my heating system is back to business in less than 24 hours. Thanks for the services of more than 20 years.

  My furnace went out and I called Ferrara as a friend had a great review of this company. They were so responsive. Made the whole transaction easy. by setting up electrician and even sending Consumers Energy the info needed for a rebate! Very professional and educating. I highly recommend!
