They say on the website to call for price ,been on the phone for an hour, the operator said they are busy since they service the whole state of gerogia. So how is somone suppose to get a price if No one is avail le to give you one

Ferguson is usually on the pricier side of the supply houses but it is worth it. Today they were the only ones in a 50 mile radius with an 80 gal water heater. Bless them

Quit doing business with Ferguson 3 years ago due to horrible service. Recently placed a couple of orders to see if customer service had improved. I can definitely say it has NOT improved, in fact it's gotten worse. When placing the 1st order they refused to take the order because we had a $300 credit, they said I had to resolve it with their finance department. I could understand if we owed them money, but they wouldn't take the order because they owe us money. Took almost 3 days for the finance department to resolve the issue. Orders were totally screwed up, wrong items picked from warehouse, damaged goods, no communication. I could keep going but the rating of 1 star was earned.
