  They were fast and able to fix a problem that another local company said was unfixable. That immediately saved me the cost of a new unit. I signed up for their annual service/maintenance plan. I am glad the other guys let us down so that we could find E Smith. Our technician Kenneth was so knowledgeable and did a great job. Very pleased.

  Had Damon out to service my AC system and he did a great job. He not only answered all of my questions (probably too many), but he also talked to me about new efficiency standards that will be effective in 2023 that will impact the cost of new systems.

  The technician, Justin, was very pleasant and prompt. He set about diagnosing my heat pump which had been making strange noises. He did a thorough job looking for lingering problems and assuring me that the compressor unit was working well. I signed up for a year of maintenance because I felt confident in their ability to keep my 3 systems working effectively.
