  UPDATE: Jessica the new manager at Ferguson has resolved my issue completely. Glad to see that they have put someone in place to correct issues. Thanks Jessica/ Worst service ever. Bought downdraft in January - got them out to see what was wrong with it the first service call and was told their people installed it wrong. Five service appointments later - still not working and it's September the 26th. Store personnel uneducated on what they sell. I would not EVER purchase anything from these people again. I even called their corporate office - they don't care. Once you buy it - they are out.

  I purchased a Signature tub assembly that I am having an issue with on line. My first contact was November 10, 2020. I sent the last requested information November 14. I continued to follow up but never received a reply (I received read receipts on my emails). I reached out to Signature directly and they referred me back to Ferguson even though their distributor was not responsive. Don't use Signature products or Ferguson. They don't stand behind them.
