  What is the point of having a call in menu that asks if you are a homeowner if you don’t sell to homeowners? Then the sub menu has a plumbing option and an HVAC option. When you select HVAC you are informed that they do not sell to the public. What a waste of time

As a general rule of safety, the majority of our HVAC equipment and service parts are only sold to licensed HVAC professionals. The reason for that is because someone could cause serious harm to themselves if they were to improperly handle HVAC equipment. As part of our strict attention to our customers' safety, Ferguson has made a decision to only sell these products to licensed contractors to help avoid potentially dangerous installations or harm to future installers who might be working with less than optimal installations.   Absolutely horrible experience, everyone there has a terrible attitude and does NOT want to work there. I called ahead to make sure they were open (it was a Saturday) and the lady over the phone sounded like she wanted to kill herself. Bought a tub from this location a few weeks ago, ended up being the wrong size so i was bringing it back, in original packing, new unused condition. I went up to the cashier and told him that i have a return, he said "Oh god why me" He then slugishly walked outside to the doc and inspected it, after inspecting it he walked back inside and typed something into the computer for 10 minutes and then told me he wouldn't return it. I asked if theres a manager on duty and he said "no" I told him I just drove 40 minutes for this and he said "i dont care". They would not return it no matter what, 60 day return policy my as*. This place is filled with ex-convicts and highschool dropout employees. Beware. I have an extra tub if anyone wants it, hmu. Thanks
