  Have used the company to service my hvac for past couple years then just had them out for a repair. Alex is a great tech, very helpful and respectful. Had an issue w/ heating and they were out the next day, instead of having to wait weeks from other companies. He was here for my annual service this year, now the repair. Alex alone has earned the company my continued business, the quickness with which they were able to get out here to fix it is the bonus.

  We have had two units installed and several repairs. Faust always responds quickly when we call them and their technicians are cordial, professional and always take care of any problem in a timely manner.

  Had couple of maintenance and service calls on multiple units--Shane did a great job on annual inspections/tune ups as did Alex with call back to get heat up and running by temporarily fixing defective part. Replacement part was promptly ordered and quickly replaced within couple days without having system down at all. Thanks again for great service!
