Fast Response was sent by our home warranty company to diagnose and repair our furnace. Worse experience than I could've ever imagined. The tech has made 5 service calls to our house trying to diagnose the issue, replacing various parts. Four weeks ago, we were told we needed a control panel. Two weeks later, I called to check on the status of the order and was told there was no record of the order and they'd have to contact the tech and call me back. I called the next day because they failed to call me back and was assured it had been ordered, but was on backorder. Another two weeks later (this week), I called to check on the status again and was told yet again that no order was ever placed so they'd have to contact the tech and call me back. I called back the next day after they failed to call me back...again...and was told a senior tech had been requested for a second opinion and would be coming the next day (now yesterday). No one had shown up by 4:00 so we called to confirm and were told we were still on the schedule. No one ever showed up or called to cancel. We have now been without heat for 2 months and their only response is that a senior tech will be there sometime tomorrow between 8 and 8....which is what was supposed to happen yesterday. Don't waste your time. Contact someone else.

Kevin from Fast Response was a pleasure to work with! Used this company through my home warranty and was honestly a little skeptical. Kevin alleviated all fears. He caught an error that was made by our heating/air company that we have come out twice a year for tune ups. Thinking about cancelling them and using Kevin from now on. He came out twice, second time free of charge (and quickly) to ensure our house maintained comfortable and cool with two small kiddos. Highly recommend! Kevin really is an honest and hard-working individual!

Please PLEASE stay away from Fast Response! American Home Shield called them out to work on our AC unit. The unit was older, and we had several people come out through AHS. It seemed to break down monthly! The technician told us that he suggested to AHS that they replace the unit. He claimed to have spoken with someone who said they would give us $600 towards a new one. He gave much technical talk and offered to sell us one for $4500. I had someone else come to our house for a second opinion. They said they would replace the unit for $3500. Fast Response matched it and said they'd do it all for $3500 as well. After they finished up, I called AHS for the $600. They said they never talked to the tech. I called him, and asked him to call them again. He promised that he did. Well...to make a long story shorter, AHS NEVER was called by them. They had NOTHING in their notes from him. I think he lied just to get us to purchase a new unit. He was so believable, we went with what he said. We were desperate, as some of our tenants have asthma. Lessons learned: NEVER, EVER GO TO FAST RESPONSE and ALWAYS call the home warranty customer service to check to see if the tech is telling the truth. I'm just disgusted!!!!
