  Had CAIR do work for my parents and myself. Installed a full system into both of our residences. Guys on each job were personable. Knowledgeable. Did the work in less than 8 for parents and a bit over 8 for me. My issue was a Bluetooth issue between unit and air handler. They advised on which unit was best for both houses and 6mos in for me and just over 2 years for parents. Great units. Good people

  They installed hvac units in June did ok. But waiting on inspection, was told they would send permit # to city and they would call to set up appointment. I haven’t heard From the city and have call cair many times. Now they tell me it’s up to me to get ahold of city For the inspection when I do not have the permit # Sad!!! It’s up to the company that installs to make sure it gets inspected

  Mrs. Higdon, We are sorry for any confusion. We do not set up inspection appointments because the city does that. We are not sure when you are home and when inspector is available. If you call in and ask for your permit number, we can give that to you to try and help out.
