We called for our ac dripping and they were able to schedule us for service the next day. Our technician was Minh. He was able to diagnose and fix the issue quickly. He was also very informative. I would use this company again for future issues!

Minh arrived on time and diagnosed the problems right away. My air conditioner was working again within 30 minutes. He took the time to show and explain issues I’ll need to deal with in the future. Very professional

My AC started acting funny after power was restored from Hurricane Sally. Express Air was able to send out a technician the next day after I called, which was very appreciative. Minh was the technician who came for my appointment. He was prompt and polite when arriving. Was very patient with me answering all my questions and explaining everything in good detail. He was able to offer me an aftermarket part to save me a few hundred dollars, which I very much appreciated also. I have used Express Air before and will continue to call them for any AC issues that come up. Very highly recommended!
