I called Boggs first thing this morning to install two thermistats, they came out within 30minutes of the call. The man was well groomed, polite, respectful and knowledgeable.  He took the time to explain and answer all my questions. I offered him a tip but he rushed saying his boss didn't allow it. That honesty!

Boggs is great! They do a good job of working in repairs timely and their HVAC technician Steve is the best. He is always courteous and able to figure out any challenging AC problem. Highly Recommended Boggs!

Would recommend Boggs to everyone!  They were at our house within 5 minutes of us calling them and the problem was diagnosed and new part put on all under 2 hours and excellent price!  We will always use them for any type of heating/cooling!

I am beyond satisfied with the service provided by Boggs! We put in a call on Monday morning and had someone to our home in just a couple hours! Chris showed up ready to work! He was professional, friendly, and prompt!! Over the night the AC stopped working again, I called and left a message. Before the office even opened I received a call to let me know we were first on the schedule today! I was so impressed! Chris showed up within 30 minutes, apologized for it not working and said he thought about us all night and our problem just to walk into work the next morning and find out that he would be coming back. He immediately knew what the issue was as he had been pondering it all night. Chris is we able to diagnose and fix the issue within an hour!!! I am so happy to go home today to a cool home tonight!!! Thank you Chris and Boggs!!! We hope we never have to call you again, but if we do have AC issues, you are our people!!!
