Wouldn’t you know it, had a hard freeze and heater went out. ETR quickly diagnosed the problem. Not their fault, but supply chain issues delayed installation a week! Luckily, Brian said we could run it while we were there so we could watch it. Actually enjoyed sleeping in the cold like I did in the house I grew up in! Wife and dog didn’t though! All good now. Think I’m getting the service agreement this time.

In 2014 we upgraded our a/c system to a Trane. The ETR company services our system and we have been absolutely satisfied with every contact we have ever had with the company from the very helpful office personnel to the very competent and professional services staff. Dylan came out to do a basic service check on our residential system. He was thoroughly professional, yet personable and friendly. The whole encounter seemed more like a friend or family visit than a service call. He is a very knowledgable and skilled technician, and explained everything he was doing. We decided to purchase the ESA in large part because of the impression Dylan left. Very impressed.
