  The helped us out with a heater replacement through our home warranty. I was definitely upset with their add on charges. I don't understand how you add on charges when you have a warranty. That's the whole reason we got the warranty to avoid unnecessary expenses. $2,400 out of pocket. Not happy with that at all. Joseph did a nice job with the install, no issues yet. I was very skeptical seeing all their one star reviews. They did a good job and have done work on a dishwasher, plumbing and electrical as well.

  Do not use this company!!!This company was sent out to us by American home warranty. Not only have we been weep left with a non-functioning heating unit during the middle of winter for almost a month now we found out the part has been sitting at the parts store waiting for him to pick up since a day after he visited our home. He does not respond to the warranty company nor can we get through to him on his phone. This is the second time the home warranty sent him out and he did not follow up on the first call either. We are getting ready to report this company and the warranty company to our lawyers

  Like others, this was the company that was assigned by First American (which I have since dropped). Essential (and First American) let me without hot water in my house for over 2 months. Essential rarely answered their phone and at one point claimed they were changing phone numbers and that’s why they didn’t respond. At one point, they reported the job was done to First American, but it was not. Stay far away from this company!!! If you are assigned them by a warranty company, refuse to use them!! They are not responsive or professional.
