  THE GUYS WERE THERE VERY FAST AND THEY WERE IN AND OUT IN NO TIME AT ALL VERY FRIENDLY AND PROFESSIONAL AND THE WORK WAS AMAZING! LETS NOT FORGET THE BEST PART ABOUT MY EXPERIENCE WAS THE PRICE FOR A BRAND NEW FURNACE, ENERGY STAR CERTIFIED AND TO WORK AS GREAT AS IT STILL DOES FOR THAT PRICE WAS UNBEATABLE!! I WILL GO WITH ERNIE & SONS EVERY TIME!! APPRECIATE YOU!!

  Representative told my elderly mother she needed a new furnace because he could not get a fan for her 1985 furnace. I called another company, after cancelling installation, and the only thing wrong was her thermostat. $140.00 total to fix! I will be calling them today. They lost a lifetime customer. Hopefully this guy loses his job so he can no longer take advantage of the elderly. If I wasn't here she would have purchased a new furnace. What happened to honesty in today's world? Charles Heating thank you for NOT taking advantage of my 86 yr old mother. Let's see when this post gets deleted!

  Told me need a new fan motor for 750 turned out only need a capacitor for 15 dollats then hid the disconnect inder the condenser and never put it back in PLEASE DON'T USE THEM
