  Erichsens Fuel Service has been absolutely the best fuel service provider in the Hudson Valley to work with! When our heat needed emergency service Erichsens was there in record time and worked diligently into late hours until our heater was working properly and was back up and running. Courteous, kind, local, and willing to go the extra step, Erichsens is always there to deliver in time, whatever the weather. Erichsens fuel service makes you feel like family! I would highly recommend switching your fuel service needs to Erichsens! A great company with wonderful employees!

  Horrible! Hired Erichsen's to fix my furnace when the heat went out. The technician left the furnace in pieces and told me it was fixed. The next day, there was no heat again and all of the pipes in my house froze. The line to the dishwasher exploded and flooded the kitchen. I called them back and they sent the same technician back. This time I stayed in the basement to watch him. He was clearly lost and had no idea what he was doing. He had to call another tech to come help him. The second tech tried to tell me that my furnace was no good and that it has a huge crack in it. I asked him to show me. After he took all the panels off he couldn't find a crack anywhere. (Shocker). While the technicians were there, Erichsen's charged my credit card, without my authorization. When I called them on it, they told me that it was an overage that was due from the first time they were there. I asked them for an itemized receipt. I sent emails for a week until they finally sent me an invoice with a single line "Furnace repair" with the total equaling the two charges they put on my card. Nothing was itemized. When I followed up to ask for an itemized receipt, they ignored me completely. Not only are they incompetent, they are crooks. They need to be shut down.

  We’ve been Erichsen’s customer for years. They’ve always been friendly and professional. Fuel deliveries are always reliable. Recently, our boiler started to leak. The tech came out right away and said we’d need a new boiler. Two days later, we had one! The installation was done efficiently and with care. I would recommend Erichsen to anyone.
