  What a joke, if your a Heating and air contractor, why would you even call this place! The parts counter told me to call Otts, for equipment they sold for warranty processing, (Otts sells heil, not tempstar) good luck guys with this place

  Don't expect any service unless you know someone here. I have been trying to track down a blower motor fan for the unit on my house. My technician had ordered one at another store, but it was talking forever to get here. Both staff members were very combative at answering my questions since I was the home owner. I explained that tracking down the part was all I wanted to accomplish. After minutes of picking their brains I got the part number. My suggestion is go to OTT in North Charleston if you want real service.
