  We used Energy Works for the first time yesterday after our furnace stopped working Sunday night. Initially I had contacted one of the bigger companies. After taking an hour to get back to me, first available time was the following day, though for 100$ more we could have an "emergency visit" yesterday evening. So I called Energy Works and the experience was much different - talked to a helpful person immediately, and three hours later (without an "emergency" fee), Nathan was at our home. Though the furnace actually "worked" for him, he offered to perform a full furnace maintenance (for which we were WAY overdue), and when doing that, discovered and fixed the reason for the inconsistent furnace performance. We were SO impressed, and will definitely use them again - including if we decide to pursue installation of a "mini-split" system in the future!!

  I got bids from 4 different HVAC companies for a heat pump and backup furnace for my house. Energy Works came recommended from a trusted source and had by far the best combination of price, product, and customer service. What is unbelievable during these COVID and supply chain shortage times is that Rich was able to actually schedule me in last minute weeks and weeks ahead of my projected install day! The team spent 2 days at our house working on installing the heat pump and furnace. They were all amazing and worked late to finish the job in 2 days. Really loved the energy of the employees and you could tell they all enjoy their jobs. I would hire these guys 100x over for any sort of HVAC related project.

  Energy works installed our new heat pump and furnace in November. Rich came out to our house multiple times to ensure we were getting everything we wanted to meet our HVAC needs. Brian and Marq were extremely professional and truly went above and beyond in listening to the homeowner and preforming custom sheet metal work to connect to our existing ducts. Thank you Brian and Marq for treating our house like it was your own. We are very pleased with the work Energy works did. Highly recommend!
