  I can't say enough about the Energy Resource Center. And the services they provide. Great customer service from the office. To the lead man and his team of workers. They did such an awesome job in a timely manner.. Professional, polite detail oriented, and fantastic teamwork.. Just want to thank everyone. I would give them a 10+ stars if I could.

  Called the LEAP number because my heater quit working. They sent the work over to Energy Resource Center. Didn't expect such quick response. Got the call at 7:45 this morning. Said he would be here around 8:30. Arrived a shade early (thank goodness) and after a couple of questions and a signature, he went to work on my furnace. Had it diagnosed and even had part needed in his van. He finished in under an hour. With two extra cold days coming, this was so helpful. Very polite and professional. I do believe his name was John. And NO money out of pocket. If not for LEAP and this non-profit organization, I would not have been able to afford this . Excellent work. My deepest thanks.
