Zach and the guys installing our new furnaces and AC units did a great job. They came when they said they would, were very professional and courteous. We hardly even knew they were here and they left our mechanical room even cleaner than it was before they came. We got bids from other companies but Energy Experts was not only the best price but also offered us superior products. We're very happy with our decision and would use them again.

I had an excellent experience with Energy Experts! Our furnace had a minor gas leak, and we needed it quickly repaired. I made a few phone calls to other HVAC companies in the Olathe area, and no one was available to come out within 48 hours (one company said their first availible appointment wasn't for over 2 weeks!). I made a phone call to Energy Experts around 11:45am, and the man I spoke with said they could have someone stop by the next afternoon. An hour later, he called back, stating one of his employees had finished a repair early, and was now availible if I was home. Zach, the repairman, was punctual, professional, and efficient. He had to run out to get a part for the repair, and all in all was finished in a little over an hour. Pricing was fair and reasonable, and I really appreciated that they came out ASAP on such short notice. We will definitely be using Energy Experts again!
